All orders are shipped from Amsterdam. Digital materials (Miro & Figma templates) are accessible immediately after payment. Physical kits follow within 5 business days.
Important — B2B orders only. Curated Workshops supplies commercial organisations, not individual consumers. All transactions are between Orange Minds B.V. and the purchasing organisation. Consumer protection legislation (such as the Dutch herroepingsrecht) does not apply. The return policy below is a commercial arrangement offered in good faith.
Costs by region.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and are shown at checkout. All prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, public holidays, or carrier issues. Tracking information is sent by email as soon as the kit ships.

get an invoice.
Every order automatically generates a VAT invoice from Orange Minds B.V. It is sent to the email address used at checkout within one business day of payment.
Returns — what
you need to know.
We stand behind our product. If your kit arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, reach out — we'll sort it out.
Please note: All transactions are B2B commercial agreements. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) under Dutch or EU law does not apply. The return conditions below are a commercial goodwill arrangement.
14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the physical kit.
The kit must be returned unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. Kits that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.
Digital templates (Miro, Figma) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Use a carrier and service of your choice. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot process refunds for items that do not arrive.
Email hello@curatedworkshops.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address within one business day.
Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, a full refund will be processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
