This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site or place an order, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep the amount of data we collect to what we actually need.

What we collect

Depending on how you use our site, we may collect:

• Order details: your name, email, shipping address, and order history, needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Communication: any messages you send us by email.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics about how visitors use the site, collected through Framer and Google Analytics.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To answer your questions and provide support. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping you.
• To understand and improve how our site performs. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the partners that help us run the business: Stripe for payments, our shipping carriers for delivery, Framer for hosting, and Google Analytics for usage insights. Each processes your data under its own agreement with us. We never sell your personal data.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, that transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for seven years to meet Dutch tax law. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tool.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@curatedworkshops.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
