Me, My Team & AI A team workshop in a box for agreeing on how you use AI.

Agree on how your team works with AI before the friction sets in.

AI speeds up individuals, but without shared rules it quietly breaks team collaboration. This session brings everyone's actual workflows into the open, names the hidden friction, and sets concrete agreements on what you automate, what you signal, and what stays human.

Build-up of the workshop

Three Acts.

This Curated workshop runs three structured activities, called Acts.

Act 1

Show Your Screen

Everyone puts their actual AI workflow on the table. What you use it for, where you stopped using it, and the parts you have not told anyone about.

Why it mattersAI use has gone private. Everyone assumes the rest of the team works roughly the way they do, and nobody checks. You cannot agree on something the team cannot see.
Act 2

What is Getting Harder

Name the friction that has crept in since AI arrived: review time, trust in what you read, and who ends up doing the checking. Without anyone having to defend their way of working.

Why it mattersThe time one person saves often lands on someone else as extra work. As long as that stays unsaid it turns into quiet irritation instead of something the team can fix.
Act 3

Our AI Agreement

Set concrete agreements on what you automate, what you signal, and what stays human. Then set the date you look at them again, because this moves fast.

Why it mattersPolicy written above a team does not survive contact with real work. Agreements made by the people doing the work do, and a review date keeps them honest as the tools keep changing.

The Acts are written and being tested with real teams right now, so the wording may still shift before it goes to print.

The practical overview

What you need to run it

In-person only

One room, everyone present. Built specifically for face-to-face connection with no laptops or video calls in the way.

The room

Any standard meeting room. All you need is wall space for the Capture poster and a door you can close for privacy. Daylight and fresh air are recommended.

What to bring

A phone to play the audio Guide Notes, pens for the team, and coffee. No flipcharts, no slides, zero prep.

Language

Clear, plain English. Written in short, accessible sentences with zero corporate jargon to decode.

Built into every box

The foundation of every workshop

01

No facilitator needed

The box holds the timing and structure so nobody has to manage the room. Everyone gets to be in the conversation instead of someone steering it.

02

Nothing to prepare

Open the box and start. No slide decks to build, no flipcharts to buy, and zero reading required beforehand. Everything you need is ready to go the moment you lift the lid.

03

Backed by science

Every activity and prompt is built on behavioural science and neuroscience. The thinking behind each step is printed at the back of the Script for anyone who wants to know why.

04

Optional founder call

A 30-minute call with Robert or Margriet. Not to prep the workshop, the box does that for you, but to talk through the logistics or answer any questions you have.
