Every box is €295 Standard and €345 XL until 1 December 2026, however many you order. That is lower than the 15% volume discount your order would normally get, so this is what you pay. Volume discounts come back on 1 December 2026.
Two box sizes cannot go through one online checkout, so this order goes on an invoice. Same prices. You fill in your details, we send the invoice, and the boxes ship within 7 working days.

Nobody buys twenty of anything before testing it out. Take three, give them to three teams you trust to tell you the truth, and decide after that. Those three still count. Order more within twelve months and your pilot boxes count toward your volume discount. We credit the difference on your next invoice.

Each leader claims their box
Every box contains a unique code. The team leader enters it with their email to unlock their session prep and invite templates, taking less than a minute. From that moment, the box is theirs: they pick their own dates, order refills, and you are off the hook for ongoing admin.
What you can measure (and what stays private)
We track two things: how many boxes are claimed, and how many leaders order a refill months later. That is your hard adoption data. We track nothing else. What a team writes stays on paper, in the room. It never reaches us. To measure actual impact without breaking trust, use the roll-out guide, included from 11 boxes. It gives you exact survey questions to use, so you measure ROI on your terms.

- EU: Included (single delivery address per order). International: Shipping available to non-EU Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East (quoted separately).
- Taxes
- VAT reverse charge applies with a valid EU VAT number. Dutch orders +21% VAT.
- Lead Times
- 1 – 10 boxes: 7 working days. 11 – 50 boxes: 2 to 3 weeks. 50+ boxes: custom schedule.
- Returns & Damage
- Transit damage replaced immediately. Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days.
Legal & Security
- Data Privacy & DPA
- We store only the name and email of the person who orders, plus order and invoice records. Dutch tax law requires us to keep invoices for seven years, everything else only for as long as we need it. We work with a small number of established processors, each under a data processing agreement. Where data leaves the EU, that transfer runs on EU standard contractual clauses. Everything your team writes during a session stays on paper, in the room. It never reaches us. Full processor list and DPA available on request.

Ordering & delivery
Team size, and nothing else. The Standard box holds materials for a team of 3 to 8 people. The XL box holds the same workshop with materials for nine to sixteen. Both follow the same Script and take the same amount of time. You choose per team, and you can order a mix of both in one go.
Yes. Standard boxes, XL boxes and different workshops all count together toward your volume discount. Currently, Season Recap is available for purchase, with new workshops launching soon in The Collection.
That is what the pilot is for. Three boxes at the current price, one invoice, and no commitment past that. Those three keep counting. If you order more within twelve months and your total lands in a discount tier, that discount applies to every box you have bought, including the first three. The difference comes off the later invoice as a credit.
It comes off automatically at checkout, up to 24 boxes. Enter the number you need and the price adjusts, with no code to enter and nothing to request first. For 25 boxes or more we put a quote together with you, since that usually comes with questions about timing anyway.
Rolling it out
The box is a physical toolkit designed for a room. It works only when a team is actually together, whether that is their regular office day or a specific offsite. It is not a digital tool designed to be run over a video call.
The physical box, all the cards, and the script are in English. Because teams talk amongst themselves, they naturally switch to whatever language they usually speak during the exercises. Hand them out. That's it. We provide ready-to-use launch templates (including an announcement email for team leads and a short text for your intranet) so you don't have to write internal comms for a format you haven't experienced yourself. Send them as-is or tweak them to fit your organisation's voice.
That is the normal reaction and we built the box around it. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to lead. The Script says what happens next at every step, and the Guide Notes bring in an expert voice at the moments where one helps. The leader takes part like everyone else. If a leader wants to talk it through with us before they run it, they can book their free 30-minute preparation call once they have activated their box.

Everything the team wrote on during the session: the writable cards and the Capture poster. The pack follows your box, so a Standard box gets the Standard pack and an XL box gets the XL one. Everything else stays in the box and goes straight into the next session.
Procurement & data
The order details, and the name and email address of the person who claims each box. That is it. Nothing from inside the session reaches us. What a team writes on the cards stays with that team, on their wall and in their room.
Yes. If you are buying across multiple budget years or legal entities, we can set up a framework agreement to lock in your volume pricing so future orders don't require new approval rounds.
