These terms apply to every order, invoice, and box activation placed through curatedworkshops.com. By placing an order, accepting an invoice, or activating a box, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Shipping & Returns page and our Privacy Policy.

Our products and digital assets

We sell physical workshop boxes containing materials, prompt cards, posters, and structured scripts, paired with digital assets and audio Guide Notes. We describe each product as accurately as possible. Because materials are physical, finishes and colours may vary slightly from how they appear on digital screens.

Orders, pricing and invoicing

All prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice where it applies: 21% on orders within the Netherlands, reverse charged within the European Union against a valid VAT number, and zero on exports outside the European Union.

• Card payments. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. A contract is formed once your order is confirmed and processed. We never see or store your card details.
• Invoice orders. Orders paid against an invoice, issued through SnelStart, are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Mixed sizes. An order containing both Standard and XL boxes cannot be placed through the online checkout, which handles one box size at a time. Those orders go on an invoice, at the same prices.
• Order cancellations. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of stock errors, pricing glitches, or unpaid invoices. If an order paid in advance is cancelled by us, we refund it in full immediately.

Delivery and returns

Shipping costs, delivery times and the full return procedure are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. In short:

• Dispatch. In-stock orders leave us within 7 working days. Larger bulk orders are printed and packed to order, and we confirm that date on the invoice.
• 14-day return. We give you 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return an unopened box. This is our own commitment to you, and these conditions apply to it.
• Condition. A returned box must be unused, complete, and with the original seal intact. Everything inside is printed material for one team, so we cannot accept a box that has been opened or used.
• Return shipping. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost and is never free. We do not supply a return label. Use a tracked service, because a box that does not arrive cannot be refunded.
• Damage in transit is not a return. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund it at no cost to you, and you do not ship anything back at your own expense.

Intellectual property and usage restrictions

All physical cards, posters, scripts, frameworks, audio Guide Notes including voice recordings, digital assets, visual identities, and brand marks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Orange Minds B.V..

Purchasing a Curated box grants your organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal team use only.

Strictly prohibited:

• Duplication and digitisation. You may not scan, photocopy, print, digitally reproduce, transcribe, or duplicate any physical cards, posters, or instructional frameworks, nor re-host audio Guide Notes on external platforms.
• Media and audio distribution. Audio Guide Notes, voice recordings, and proprietary audio assets may not be broadcast, publicly streamed, recorded, or republished outside your internal workshop session.
• Commercial third-party facilitation. You may not use Curated materials or audio Guide Notes to deliver paid facilitation, coaching, or consulting services to third-party clients without express written permission and a commercial partner agreement from Orange Minds B.V..
• Activation codes. The code printed inside a box is used to order Refill Packs for that box. It belongs to the box and to the organisation that bought it, and may not be shared publicly, resold, or sub-licensed.

Limitation of liability

Our workshops are tools designed to support constructive team conversations. The outcomes, team decisions, or actions resulting from any workshop session remain entirely your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, the total liability of Orange Minds B.V. for any claim arising from an order is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for that specific order.

Force majeure (overmacht)

Orange Minds B.V. is not liable for delay or failure to fulfil shipping or service obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier strikes, customs holds, transport disruptions, extreme weather, or supply chain disruptions.

Severability and governing law

• Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full legal force and effect.
• Governing law. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
