No. The guide is written for a team leader with no facilitation background. Every step, timing, and transition is explained. If you can follow a recipe, you can run this workshop.

Season Recap is designed for in-person use. You need the room, the eye contact, the shared physical presence. A remote version is in development — join the waitlist to be notified.

The In Case Of card deck covers 8 common situations — a quiet room, one person dominating, energy dropping, heavy emotions surfacing. You'll have the answer in your hand before you need it.

Add the extension pack (€45) at checkout. It includes extra materials and specific instructions for teams of 8–14. For teams larger than 14, contact us.

Both formats use the same content and produce the same outcomes. Format A runs all four Acts in one session — 4 hours for teams of 3–8, or 5 hours for teams of 9–16. Format B spreads the Acts over four 60-minute sessions, each with its own check-in and check-out.

If your team's calendar can fit a 4–5 hour block, choose Format A — the immersive experience is hard to replicate. If that's not realistic, Format B works just as well and often produces more thoughtful outputs because participants have time to reflect between sessions.

Yes. The guide explains how to split Acts flexibly. The key is keeping each Act complete — don't cut an Act in half. Acts 1+2 and 3+4 pair naturally into two blocks.
