Standard or XL
Standard holds the materials for a team of up to eight people, and XL holds them for nine to sixteen. The workshop itself is the same either way.
3 × 90 minutes or one session
Run three sessions of 90 minutes across a few weeks, or do the whole thing in one go, which takes around four hours with a Standard box and around five with an XL.

Season Recap runs in three structured activities, called Acts. Each one leads to one clear, agreed-upon outcome that the team captures before moving to the next step.
Everyone puts their defining moments on the table: not the milestones from a project roadmap, but what people actually experienced and what impacted them most. Individual stories become a shared understanding of how the season was really lived, not just what was achieved.
Everyone reflects on their personal growth and shares appreciation out loud with their team members. Specific, genuine recognition spoken in front of the group, acknowledging what each person brought to the team.
The team chooses five commitments for what comes next and decides what to leave behind. Every voice shapes the outcome, so nobody leaves with a plan they quietly disagree with. A final 30 minute bonus step creates an anchor, so those commitments survive when daily pressure returns.
The 3 × 90-minute format includes time for separate openings and closes in each session. Running it all in one go moves faster: 4 hours for teams up to 8, and roughly 5 hours for groups of 9 to 16.

There are no slides to build and no evening spent reading up on formats. You open the box, read the first card out loud, and you have started.
The Script says what happens next at every step. Whoever reads it out loud is taking a turn rather than running the session, and that turn moves around the room.
The structure decides who speaks and when, so the loudest voice does not set the agenda and the quiet one does not disappear. The reasoning behind each step is printed at the back of the Script, for anyone who wants to know.
Thirty minutes with Robert or Margriet once your box arrives, booked straight from your confirmation email. Most teams never need it, and that is completely fine.
One room, with everyone actually there. This is not built for people dialling in, and that is on purpose.
Any standard meeting room will do. You need wall space for the Capture poster and a door you can close.
Pens, and a phone to play the audio Guide Notes and keep time. There is nothing to print, and there are no slides.
The box, the cards and the Script are all in English. Teams usually switch to their own language during the exercises.

The Script and the reusable cards stay in the box and last for years. Only the material your team writes on gets used up, and that is what a refill replaces.
Replaces everything the team wrote on, which is the writable cards and the Capture poster. The pack follows your box, so a Standard box gets the Standard pack and an XL box gets the XL one.
When the time comes, the person who claimed the box orders the refill straight from the code inside it, or from the email they received when they registered. Nothing comes back to whoever bought the boxes.
